Q: What’s the Cooking time? Can’t see it in the packaging!

Add a teaspoon of cooking oil to boiling water. Add the pasta and stir so it gets a thin film of oil to stop it sticking. together. Reduce to a simmer and stir frequently for around 20 minutes - it swells as it softens. This pasta is strong and forgiving and does not disintegrate if left longer as long as it is stirred. If added to a stew it can be left overnight in a slow coiner and stays whole.

Q: Is the corn in this pasta gmo corn? and is the e471 made from vegan non gmo soy fat?

I can confirm that the E471 is derived from plant-based oil and all our Gluten Free pasta that contains E471 is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. Corn used is from Italy and GM variety are not allowed in Italy so there is no risk for GMO corn.

Q: Could this be used in a chicken and veg stew to replace orzo please?

Gluten free pasta falls apart when overcooked so I would advice not to use But so serve on the side as normal pasta
