Q: why won't Amazon ship this to Canada?

I'm from Canada (we lived in USA for 5 yrs too) and your comments about Canada and "why Amazon won't ship this game here," (I "Do" love my country!) are bringing tears to my eyes. So funny ! You guys should all organize yourselves & create a board game utilizing your great senses of humor. Too funny! ........"eh ! "

Q: Why does it bother to say that 0% goes to the Make a Wish Foundation?

Its a typo. In reality 100% of profits goes to make a wish. However they do not make any profit from the game. They in fact loose $1.68 from each one they sell. In turn they charge make a wish for this loss.

Q: I used smile.amazon.com to make my purchase of CAH contribute towards the Make-A-Wish foundation. Is that upsetting?

Only in so far as you are directly contradicting the declared statement that "0% of this purchase will be donated to the Make-A-Wish foundation", thus bringing us one step closer to the singularity. My theoretical descendants shall rail against their fate and curse your name.

Q: Why won't it ship to Australia?

They can't get the cards to print upside-down, this they'd be unusable in Australia.
