The first time I bought this product was on a recommendation from a Health Food Store Clerk. I had a botched dental surgery. I was swollen and suffering. I put it in a shot glass mixed 50/50 with water. Sloshed, swished, gargled & swallowed. Taste not great but I could feel the healing start. Now when I have any mouth or gum issues I use this first. Always helps. I've started adding it to my essential skin oils. I really believe that it facilitates healing.

This mixed with equal parts of organic cloves twice a day seems to naturally restore your teeth! I don't think I even have cavities anymore I can't feel them!

This stuff is really good. I have been taking this daily as a supplement. The benefits of myrrh is amazing. The taste is pretty hard to get used to though I’ll say. If you can't afford to get teeth pulled or anything close, please buy this over oragel or clove oil. This stuff much like clove oil is horrendous on the taste buds. However it works way faster for me than any of the others. You can use the dropper and dilue with water to swish like mouth wash. I use a q-tip to apply it. Small doses do wonders.

When are these manufacturers going to wake up and make more tinctures Alcohol Free ? .... I like using myrrh as an immune booster but I need to give my liver an eternal break. --- Also this product while still strong has been weakened. -- I know with Natures answer's plant based CALMAG LIQUID they use a gross sweetener or artificial flavors( they wouldn't tell me which) to mask the taste. -- If the general public can't take the taste they should buy some phony worthless product that tastes great. --- P.S. -- The CAL MAG tastes too syrupy.

I make my own tooth paste and I have Very sensitive teeth. They have always been that way. I use this in my toothpaste and I out It directly on my toothbrush and it works wonders.
