Very good quality. Foam is quite thick unlike some other brands. Recommended.

These are made quite well and the foam used is quite high density and thick so it doesn't feel like you're just resting your ear against the driver. It also is squishy enough that it does contour nicely to your ear so it never feels uncomfortable.They were also very easy to install on my Plantronics HW520 and stay in place perfectly; no wobbling around or awkward fit. You also get mic covers too which help at dealing a bit with plosives and softening the tone of your voice too.Sound wasn't really changed much at all so it's still just as clear as I need them to be. I'm very happy with these.

These were reasonably easy to fit. The ear cushions took about a minute of fiddling each as they're quite tight - good as that means they won't fall off! The microphone wind-shield (which I wasn't even expecting!) just popped on in a couple of seconds.The ear cushions are comfortable to wear and I don't think these are going to eventually disintegrate as the old ones did as they're made of a different material. They don't impair the sound and so work well. Overall, these are good replacements and not bad value for what is a pretty niche item.
