This product is near useless, they do not track the location of items, when you pull up the map it shows your current position (phone) and when you have the tags turned on and go outside of 25-30 ft, it is disconnected and alarms but does not show you where the item is. Complete waste of money, DO NOT BOTHER!

These are awesome. Only problem I had was delivery was late.

The Bluetooth is easy to connect if you’ve ever connected anything else before. The drawback and part I didn’t realize is they are Bluetooth only and only work with things literally in the same room! Maybe you could tape one to a remote control but are useless for anything else. They are nothing like AirTags!!! They are NOT wifi type devices! The gps sucks even in the same room as your phone! (Mine showed one at the neighbors when it was on the table right in front of me) Oh and if you leave the room the blue tooth disconnects and reconnects and will annoy the crap out of you with the notifications! Total waste of money if you are wanting anything close to AirTags like I was!!

To difficult did not work as expected

The words on the instruction are so small.Unless you have an actual magnifying glass, you can't see them and then the link to open up the application is not found. They don't even give you the name of the app. Does anyone know the name of the app to open up this junk product that i'm getting ready to send back

It's better then I expected. Works great. Colors are great also. I would definitely order again if needed

Easy to hook up. The only problem I had was battery falling out when put into purse.

This product doesn't work. It was to big to go on the color of my cat's. It was constantly hitting against their torso. It hung down on them way too far. Than the first time they went to get a drink of water the device got wet and malfunctioned. They're not waterproof? What is the point of them if they're not waterproof? But I guess they are pretty cheap for me to expect that they were going to be waterproof.... In anyway they don't work period if my cats can't even drink water with them on. I'm very disappointed we're moving and I was looking forward to these for our move. This buy was a bust for me total waste.
