Love this watch. Subtly bold.

I am very happy with the purchase of this version of the G Shock B5000. I had been looking at other versions but had hesitated to pull the trigger. When I saw the picture of this version with blue accent, I immediately knew it was for me. I typically wear nice automatic watches but have always had a soft spot for G Shocks. BTW, I find the negative display to be very legible in varying lighting conditions. Of course, the positive display will be ideal, but I’m glad I got this one on account of better looks—my opinion. The battery was at about 50% when I got the watch. After about 3 days of wearing, it has gone up to 75%. I’m guessing it takes about a full week of normal wear (with some time outdoors) to get this watch to 100%. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. If you’re into G Shock watches and want something a bit more dressy than the resin versions, I highly recommend this version.
