I am a super healthy 78y/o vegetarian and I supplement my diet with these super B vitamins, one a day. I've been a veggie for 53 years, no meat, no fish, no poultry, and I feel fine. Maybe this vitamin helps out a bit.

Bad taste..

The taste and after taste are awful (like any B vitamins I've taken before). But the changes to my health are fairly obvious.

Im a full time college student and work 2 part-time jobs. I was always exhausted. Im on day 4 of Super B.It helps with my energy level. Small tablets easy to swallow. Pro tip- any B2 vitamin will cause your urine to be bright yellow. It can also effect your contacts lenses color. Not always but it can.I give this product 10 ⭐️s if I could. Helps boost your metabolism and can help with weight loss.Be sure to take in the morning. May take 4 days to a week for full effect.Will buy again
