Q: Full ingredient list please?

Sorghum is like maple syrup or honey. Just one ingredient. Sorghum. But it tastes like a milder molasses.

Q: Is this supposed to be bitter? Because I bought it and it's quite bitter. Maybe it's a bad batch?

I have purchased this twice. I have found it depends on what you eat that you want sweetened. Tried it on pancakes and it tastes somewhat sour. I put it on biscuits and it tastes great. Put on my Raisin Bran and it tastes good. I put it on sweet potatoes and it is good. Can’t figure out why it tastes sweet on some things and not on other things. Maybe it is an acquired taste.

It is a sugar cane syrup with a taste all it's own. Cooked down slower and longer then maple syrup. No samples available. Sorry

Q: What's the gravity points in this? Ie add 1 lbs to 1 gallon water and read the Specific Gravity.

Muddy goes by brix and their Sorghum is between 78 and 82 brix. It is about the same viscosity as honey.
