Q: waht is the diameter of this pot?

this is taller saucepan than most...apprx..5in tall...aprx...71/2 in wide...great pot!!

Q: How deep is the actual pot?

It is about 5 inches deep and 71/2 inches in diameter . I can cook 1lb of pasta in it!

Q: Do liquids pour easily or does it run down the side?

I assume you are looking at the stainless steel version and not the nonstick. I bought the stainless steel with pour spout feature. I use it to brew iced tea. You can pour out of this and will not lose a drop! I am so pleased with this purchase. It is not a flimsy, lightweight pot. Extremely durable and well made. You will love it!
