The media could not be loaded. i first started using the viviva color sheets and loved the intensity of the colors and the ease of carrying them around. but i learned that the pans were less fugitive so gave them a try. i love that they come in an eco friendly cork pan instead of plastic. the pans are also incredibly saturated in color which is great, and i prefer the spring palette to some of the others. the very light peach, lime, and turquoise hues in particular are lovely. i also like that there’s a waxed mixing palette on the lid, so this set is an easy one to pop into a travel kit. for the cost you get generous sized, very pigmented pans - definitely professional grade. i’ve seen some people complain that the paints lift out of the pans. this does happen, but’s easy to rewet them to reshape or i used some gum arabic to re-glue them to the cork or reconstitute pieces into a larger chunk again. i’d rather deal with that small issue than have over granulated or weakly pigmented paint.

Gorgeous pigments, bright, smooth watercolors. I’m enjoying them very much! Mostly I use them on mixed media papers. Drawing flowers, people and nature scenes. It’s too soon to see how, if over time the colors will fade or whether they will hold fast. They stay the same color when dry and I’m so pleased with these colors that I try to encourage other artists I know to buy them—they are perfect travel art supplies and I carry mine to and from my day job, trips and honestly wherever I go. There’s always an opportunity to draw and paint! I have rhe larger palette, two of the flat/folded flip palettes too. One spring, one metallics—-oh the metallics are lovely !!

Wonderful, VIBRANT colors! I have been using Viviva...actually, the only watercolors I use and LOVE them. They are worth the investment.

Great water color paints and fun colors

This is a great product that is perfect if you are traveling or want to do art on location. Very lightweight and easy to pack with your art supplies. Beautiful, bright colors and excellent paint consistency.Just wish they offered more colors:)
