Pennington Annual Ryegrass Grass Seed 10 lb

Great product but as the bag says, the seeds are annual. So they will only last one long season till a drought hits. But the grass comes up fast & beautifully green!

These are the best seeds I’ve ever used to reseed my lawn. The grass started coming up in just four days. I only wish I had discovered this product sooner.

Good stuff! Sprouted within a few days, grows rapidly and stays pretty for months. Great for winter lawns and bald spots during cool weather. Color is pretty. It does get long and lays down so will need to be mowed occassionally.

Loved the results ❤️❤️Germinated in Portland Oregon before the beginning of March. Through the seeds on the ground at the 17th of February knowing that it will take longer than the usual because it was super cold, barely 40°f average. 100% success no doubt.

Put down one bag in my backyard at the recommended coverage. Growth was very spotty. Ordered second bag and did it again. Same results. I can see areas where the seed is just sitting and doing nothing. I expected better.

I am careful when it comes to recommending grass seed of any brand. I planted this seed in mid October to prevent erosion and to green up my lawn during Winter. Germinated quickly, and my lawn is still green and full in March.
