I was a bit sceptical about these pills, but I’ve not slept more than four hours at night in months, so I didn’t see any harm in trying them and to my surprise I actually slept for a good six and a half hours! It’s only early days but I’ll continue taking them and update my review in a month once I can say for certain how effective they are.

These are excellent quality at a good price. Personally I sleep too well on them and struggle to wake the next morning but will keep testing them!

Great but when I take the recommended dose I feel sleepy for the next two days. So maybe the dosage needs to be tweaked. I can’t take it continuously.

This is not as advertised. It no longer contains 5-HTP in it.

Tablets were not the ones that were advertised, as evidently melatonin is not available in uk without a prescription.I will however give this supplement a go.Thanks B. English.
