I'm glad that I gave the SAGA Serenity Relax+Chill a chance. It's a strawberry cucumber flavored dietary supplement that comes in a 6 pack of 2oz shots. The flavor is mild and doesn't upset my stomach. While it's not a taste that I crave, I can drink it without issue. I'm thankful for the absence of bitterness or an aftertaste.An initial, very light numbing sensation on the lips and tongue subsides within minutes. I don't know if that's unique to me or a universal experience, but I didn't find it bothersome. I noticed effects at around 5 minutes, but it takes 10-20 minutes to feel truly calm, especially during high anxiety moments. Each dose noticeably reduces anxiety for at least an 60-90 minutes without drowsiness. My advice would be to follow this supplement with some calming music, meditation or breath work to maximize your relaxation if you're able to.The effects aren't debilitating - I just feel more relaxed and calm. This is a good solution for anxiety, panic and/or coffee jitters. It also provides a subtle mood boost.I like that this supplement offers an adaptogenic plant based ingredients including a mushroom blend and kava. It's obvious that a lot of care has been taken to ensure a high quality, fast acting product.The multi-pack format is convenient for portability. While not an everyday solution for me cost-wise, they're great to have on hand as a more natural solution for occasional anxiety and stress relief.

Strawberry cucumber…..yuck! Definitely not a replacement and/or back up to Saga Starlight. What a huge disappointment and now I can’t find the Starlight anywhere. DO NOT try this one as an alternative. The taste is horrible!

It was fine but honestly did not notice any difference in stress level nor did it give me a calming effect. Maybe I’ll try it before bed next time and see if I notice it. Tastes good though no complaints there.

This is a great product! However I need something much more potent and I can't afford to drink 3-6 of these a day unfortunately. Back to making my own kava!Also here's a little FYI for everyone- KAVA IS BITTER. IT CAN MAKE YOUR TONGUE NUMB. No matter what if something has kava in it, it will taste bitter! But this product really not bad at all, and would recommend it anyone who wants to dip their toes into the kava experience!
