Q: Is this the actual product?

No. I got a bottle that was obviously previously opened and very dirty (like it was fished out of the trash) and the liquid inside WAS NOT the toner that I’ve been buying and using for years. And amazon won’t address it at all, and there is no way to get a refund. I’ve tried to review several times and they refuse to let the review through. Beware. You’d have no way of knowing what you’re putting on your face.

Neutrogena I found to be the best skin care followed by Clinque

Q: Do you leave this on or wash it off?

No you do not wash it off. After the toner I use the Neutrogena pore refining moisturizer. I also use the Neutogena Pore Refining cleanser. All 3 products are great
