It really cleans the hair and scalp, you can definitely feel it. However, it gives a dry touch and even entangles my hair, so I make sure to shampoo well after use.Also, the biggest negative point for me was that after each use, my scalp becomes very itchy after a few hours. I guess it should be because of the blood circulation, but still annoying.So, as a person with rather oily scalp who still needs to cleanse it regularly, I just use it once every 2-3 weeks.
