No it isn't. It only works if you have a Playseat.

Q: Can you fit the seat slider and the gear change platform at the same time?

Yes, although I no longer have the Playseat Evolution, I had seat slider, gearshift & handbrake fitted. Note my equipment was all Fanatec.
