soak the paper with the decals on in warm water but be careful they slide off pretty easy you only want to dip it for a few seconds :D

its a decal setter put the decal on with water or softner then apply this after its dry to stop it peeling and flaking

I have never used setting solution. The "decal soft" I applied direct to the transfer after application. I found the decal soft seemed to sit in droplets on the surface and not sink in. After a number of applications, the transfer did mould to the surface a bit but not as well as I had hoped!
