Q: Hi, does it fit for lelit pl042emi

If you take your basket out and measure the internal diameter of your portafilter it should be approximately 62mm. With the spring clip in place this is sufficient to hold in place the Blind Filter /Blanking Disc which has an external diameter of 60mm as measured just under the rim

Q: Does this work a francino coffe machine?

This was bought for use with Baby Gaggia and works ok on that machine, dont know about francino, suggest you check dimensions

Q: Does 5his fit a rancilio Silvia ?

The Rancilio Silvia has a 58mm portafilter, so yes this fits. You have to pop out the basket from the portafilter (the handle doodad) and snap this blank piece into place.
