Q: Is this lamp UL rated?

I don't think so but I'm not sure. As it's power source is not a direct plug into an outlet and is actually powered through a USB cord connected to a computer or into a power adapter, I'm not sure UL rating would apply with this type of lamp since the cord is technically not an electrical cord. It may apply to the adapter that came with it but I'm not sure that is UL listed either. I just make sure I leave the lamp on only when I'm physically at my desk.
