Q: Can you adjust length on these? I see they look kind of like little key ring hoops.

Yes you could. The o rings connecting the beads are really thin. You could open them with your fingers but it would be easier with tiny pliers. There are no holes in the bottom bead so you couldn't add to that bead, you'd need to connect to the o ring right above it and have some overlap. I tried to attach a photo but couldn't get it to upload.

Q: Is this product worth buying?

They are pretty and have a nice sparkle. I put mine on a white tree. On a green tree they might not show up as well. Just over 50 cents a piece is a fair price.

Q: How long are they in inches?

The ornament is 4 inches. You need a hook to hang which makes each ornament 5-51/2 inches long.
