2 crackers have 10 grams of carbs. But these are easily off set by the 20 Units of Joy that they produce upon ingestion! I'm not kidding. :) Enjoy.

Q: What is the expiration date on the current batch?

I think they are born with a permanent shelf life. I don't worry about that and they never seem to be stale no matter how long I have them. Or, if you think they taste stale, maybe you just don't like them to start with. The Scandinavians no how to make natural food that keeps well.
