Q: I have Taylor Guitars with the pick up plug built into the strap button. They make it hard to put a standard strap on do you have a solution that work

I have the same on my Takamine and it works great. There's no room for a strap lock if you want. I tried to put one on, but found that I didn't need it.

Yes, I have this strap with Schaller strap locks I installed on it. Not a problem, and it’s my favorite guitar strap.

Adjustability is 41” to 54”. Length of the strap and position of the guitar are personally subjective. You need to know what length you require. 54” is a long strap, but maybe you need a custom length. Not enough information to answer your question.
