I am assuming you didn't buy the amazon protection plan and Since you are over the 30 day amazon warranty, I would contact the seller listed on the page where you bought it. If that does not work leave negative feedback and a poor review of the product with all the details. Good luck, I haven't had to deal with something out of the amazon warranty.

Get a light bar cover that fits your light bar. I had this issue at one point. Found a cloth light bar cover that fit a curved light bar and it also helps with sun bleaching.
