Q: Hello, what is the size of the hole in the deck ? What is the diameter of the pipes?

The model 23085001 is for American market. Water hoses fittings has inner thread 9/16-24 UNEF , unlike to European G 3/8. I had the same problem that has been solved with adapters: 3/8" female - 9/16-24 UNEF male. Bought it in tool shop. This is often used to connect gas hoses. Good luck :)

Q: What size drain hole does this require? is the drain type lever or pop up?

All residential vanity drains are the same size. The pop-up basin stop is operated by a rod in the back of the unit that is attached to a lever arrangement under the sink. All manufacturers utilize similar arrangements.

Excellent style and finish looks perfect in our new pool house renovation. The best-looking faucet out of our 6 bathrooms now. I will be buying more soon. The chrome finish has been really easy to clean and keeps up its fresh new look with a simple dry paper towel wipe down.

Good economical replacement faucet.

It was easy to install but lacks a pull to open and close the sink stopper.

No sink flange included

This is a great German design faucet but be aware: this particular model DOES NOT include a sink flange/drain tube. Nor does it a hole on the backside to route the rod for the traditional lever action drain pop up. If your existing drain tube uses the lever action pop up, you can't use it with this faucet and will be chasing another alternative for the drain.
