Works fine. Just one complaint... It works so well, that at least one additional wheel should have been included, or easily available.

Should be fantastic. Made in Italy, nice wooden handle, adjustable cutters. First thing I didn't like was the wheels were tricky to adjust. Think there should be a measurement guide on the side so you can get them the same width (and know what that width is). But that's just a convenience complaint, not a product defect. I made fresh pasta sheets and tried to cut them with this wheel and all it does is tear it up. The pasta was thin (7 on my KA pasta attachment), but it makes a mess, dragging the pasta rather than cutting through it. I have a single pasta cutter wheel from Williams Sonoma, also made in Italy with a wood handle and I compared the two. That one cuts like a dream. The wheels on this cutter are much thicker than the WS cutter. I'm very disappointed, since for almost $50 it should do the one thing it is supposed to do. Returned.
