Q: Can i Reuse them for sublimation and it wont stain my other blank shirt ?

You should not use these for sublimation. Use white butcher paper and discard after use. It allows the moisture out. Teflon should only be used for HTV heat pressing.

Q: Is this meant to use in oven for baking, like pizza?

no it is used for heat transfer vinyl

Its a bit flimsy to use for baking. I use this crafting purposes

It is a one time use. However, I use it for crafting till I get glue on it. Lining my bird cage is a one time use.
