I absolutely love these insoles. For the past 4 years I have dealt with pain in my legs that got worse as time came and went. Within the last 2-4 years, I, by accident, discovered my right leg is 1 inch shorter than the other. Since I put in the insole for the right foot, the pain in my legs is 90% gone. This is relief from nearly screaming in pain every time I needed to walk.
