Q: Where does the nuetral load wire go on this breaker

First read the instructions comes with the Breaker. The pigtail is the Neutral Out to the Neutral Bar.. The correct Neutral wire from that branch circuit goes under the Neutral IN screw on breaker, to complete the circuit.

Q: Is the breaker compatible with an old challenger panel that lists challenger breaker types a, c and hagf on the panel door?

Challenger was absorbed by Cutler Hammer/Eaton you will have to confirm with them to make sure it wouldn't break UL

Q: My siemens load center says its compatible with "qt" breakers. will this "qta" type work?
