Received this today and used it right out of the box.Heavy, quality feel to the ladder when in compact / unextended position.Ladder is easy to make taller section by section, locking each new extended piece into place.Feet are large and round and crest a good secure base.Ladder does give slightly when going up and down but once standing in position the ladder is perfectly stable.Very happy with the overall appearance, performance and quality at this price point.Just one thing I want to say, To anybody reading this who is going to write a review on anything, The very last thing you talk about in a review is if the item was delivered on time and how the delivery went.Nobody wants to read a review that moans about the delivery issues, Especially not at the top of the review, and especially not on Amazon, because delivery issues are not anything to do with the product.Amazingly enough, Amazon delivered next day with no fuss and the delivery driver put the items safe for me.If you’re looking for a ladder to use indoors and outdoors, To help you decorate to help you clean the windows or give you access to your loft, No need to give this a second thought, This ladder is perfect and this price you really can’t go wrong.

Was in need of one of these extendable ladders for being able to reach all parts of my caravan to clean. This 10.5 ft version is perfect for the job. I was immediately struck by the quality of the ladder. Very easy to extend and put down. For the price compared to others sold at wel known DIY stores, this is exceptional value. I would definitely recommend.

Easy to use, felt strong and not flimsy. Very portable. When closing backup, the procedure is to slide securing latches either side. The step then slides down. This has to be repeated until all steps are closed. Potential for minor injury, keep fingers well out of way when operating!

The ladder in it's collapsed form is very easy to carry, including up the stairs. It fits easily into my store cupboard which is a big plus as this means I don't have to keep the ladder in the garden shed. It was very easy to use. It seems to be well constructed and sturdy. Very pleased.

Always borrowing another set of these ladders from a family member. They are that good I had to finally get my own! Easy to use and now comes with a belt to keep the locked together while carrying and storage. I use these mostly to extend into my loft (Attic) to "walk" in and not have to climb in. For storage, these ladders will not take up much space.
