These have poly-carbonate lenses, which offer inherent UV protection. They block UVA, UVB and UVC rays.

Q: How reflective are the lenses on the clear lenses?

I’ve had minimal reflection or glare on the clear lenses when used indoors

Q: Are these marked with the Z87 where I work the have to be marked

Yes, but the pair i purchased, inside the lens got scratched on both lens due to the ear arms when folded they scratch the lens, Carhart had to send me a different replacement pair.

Q: Can prescription be added to these lenses

as far as i know any frame glasses can go prescription.
