Grind size 4 with the single wall double shot basket. 17g dose gets me 34g of liquid in 25-30 seconds. Hope that helps.

Hi, These are roasted in a drum roaster using both convection (from the heated air) and conduction (from the heated drum).

Q: Is there a date of roasting on package?

Although our packaging doesn't currently include a date of roasting, it is roasted in small batches and delivered to Amazon on a regular basis to ensure that the coffee reaching you is indeed freshly roasted! :-)
