My all time favorite protein. It’s a little more spendy but well worth it. I’ve been buying this protein for four years now and every flavor is delicious and it blends so well, even in water. It’s worth the quality for the price!!

chocolate peanut butter cup, has a mild peanut butter flavor no chocolate flavor at all and I didn’t like that. It had 3 g of sugar. I should’ve checked the label! Too sweet for me. i like the strawberry cheese cake alot better. it has less sugar and a mild flavor. very good with added cottage cheese or greek yogurt. it is very good that they have smaller sizes of the product to try. that was great and i ordered quite a few of the flavors to try. like that they have a mix of casein and whey.

I got the peanut butter cup and cake pop flavors. They're both sweet and yummy! I mixed both with fat free milk and I had no problems with consistency or anything. In the morning I mix them with a half cup of unsweetened espresso for a little extra kick or after dinner ill make a shake as a sweet treat or mix with nonfat greek yogurt 🙌

Since Dymatize has almost doubled the orice of Iso 100, I've decided to switch to something else. Only problem is, I love dymatize's chocolate peanut butter flavor and nobody else makes a chocolate peanut butter that tastes very good.. Until I tried this..Select nailed it with this flavor. Taste is not identical to iso100's version but it's still very good. I love putting it in cereal, it's a total game changer and can be added to almost anything.. Also, I love the blend of isolate and casein. I've always seen pure isolate as a disadvantage, since it digests so rapidly, less goes to muscle protein synthesis and gets broken down to triglycerides instead. With this, you get both the quick hit of protein and a bit of steady release over the next four hours. Keeping protein synthesis going around the clock.So yeah, it's not cheap but it's cheaper than Dymatize, tastes just as good and provides a better blend of protein imo...
