Q: It says can air up to 4 sups in a row. does it shut down or overheat after 4? was curious if it could or when it could air up more!

There are two factores to this. Firstly, if the air temperature is very high it can cause the pump to over heat more quickly. The recommended temperature for optimal use up to 78F. The second thing is the pressure you need in your SUP. The higher PSI you are infalting to the more heat will be generated by the pump. According to our tests, a standard SUPs inflates to 12-13 PSI and then you'll be able to inflate 4. However inflating more than 4 is not something recommend and it will cause the pump shut off automatically.

Q: Will this pump work with a intel expedition pro kayak?

so here is the deal . I have this pump for my Isups and use it for my excursion pro. The intec is a low pressure boat...like 1.5psi max . the instructions for it say "DO NOT USE HIGH PRESSURE ELECTRIC PUMPS" and the valve is a different size. All that said, if you use the hose from the Intex pump and the round adapter on this this pumps hose...with some electrical tape to make it fit tighter....it will work. I do it. generally I just inflate most of the way with the electric pump because the hoses will blow apart. No big deal. Usually about 4 or 5 more pumps by hand with the intec pump will get you up to right pressure. dont over inflate it though!

Q: How long does it take to fill up 2 paddle boards in a row?

Depends on size, PSI, and the amount of juice your car gives it (engine running = more power to the pump). My SolTrain is 10'7x33.5'x6 and to 20 psi can easily take 15 min with the car off, and a few more with it on. 2 boards may take a while and the pump may start to overheat during the second one (keep it under the car, in the shade... or in the car with AC). I would probably start the second board with a hand pump while the first one fills up
