When first using Crystal Retinal, we recommend following our gradual phase-in method: use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night. You should always use sunscreen in the morning while using vitamin A.

I am currently using ha serum + niacinamide serum + moisturiser after applying a low strength retinol. is that the correct order for this product too?

Hi There, Thanks for your question. We would recommend layering products from lightest to heaviest in texture for optimum penetration. So water-based products would go on the skin first, then oil-based serums, then emulsion serums and moisturisers last. I would recommend following the layering order below: 1. Cleanse 2. Hyaluronic acid serum 3. Retinol 4. Niacinamide serum (if it's an emulsion if a water-based serum use it before retinol serum) 5.
