Q: Will this be able to support the new asus x570 mini-dtx form factor in the secondary mini-itx slot? i read that mini-dtx might fit in most itx cases.

I'm pretty sure it won't work on this, the spot is made to just fit mini-itx and the dtx is a little bigger.

Q: Does it have dust filters like the Phanteks Enthoo pro 2 or do I have to buy new ones like the ones from pro 2?

This case is fully filtered. You should not have to buy any filters. I didn't. I have been buying custom filters from DMC for my builds since forever. However this time I did not need to. So you should not either.

Q: Can someone please post a picture showing the buttons/ports? Can't seem to find the front IO header panel.

They're behind a flip up door at the front top.

Q: How does this compare to the newer Ethnoo Aluminum (older versions)? I like the look of the older one better, but heard there are airflow problems.

If you are asking about the original enthoo luxe, I can tell you this model has better airflow. As for the aluminum, I felt the older luxe had a much smoother feel, this one feels a bit rough.
