I wouldn’t think so as the pressure from the washing machine and dishwasher will be to greater as they pump the water out.

Hi standard outlets have a nominal Id of 32mm , a straight pipe has a nominal od of 34mm , so will not fit into the outlets, the tail section on this product is standard straight pipe and if you purchase will see only fits into the unit. It's odd I know and defies a bit of common sense , our grey pipe is tooled and manufactured solely for this purpose, kind regards Andy

I'm not positive if this will fit your caravan, but from the way it fitted on mine and my brother in law's I would have thoughtthat if the two waste pipes are next to each other there should be no problems
