Decently made instrument, but even a small child will likely want to use a slightly larger darbuka
Bought this for my daughter. Seems well made, though I am no expert. Meinl has a good reputation and my wife is very happy with her larger one. Even for my *tiny-handed* six year old, however, this was simply too small to be useful. Can it be played? Yes, but even more a small child, you probably want to go one step up
