Chair worked very well holding OG and AG 18 inch dolls while rolling their hair in curlers. The velcro strap kept them still. I previously tried sitting them on a table or my lap but with minimal success - too much movement when you tried to work on the hair. I was pleasantly surprised the chair worked since it's a toy. I recommend it if you regularly style your doll's hair. I like lots of curls. 🤣It did take quite an effort to push the 2 chair pieces together but it works fine. The foot (finger?) pedal raises the chair. Very cute.

This chair was delivered promptly; it was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. It is just the right size for the American Girl doll and is much, much less expensive. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

My granddaughter wanted to fix her American girl dolls hair. It was a big hit! She has 5 dolls and they all had a spa and salon day! She said it was a lot of fun!
