Product arrived within the promised time and in perfect condition.When I opened the box(I'm in the UK)I immediately saw that the charging unit was fitted with a 2 pin plug,so unable to charge the battery,useless!I then noticed that the battery sent with the saw was totally different from the one as per the photos and wouldn't fit my other Parkside tools as promised.I've tried to contact Amazon to no avail,so had to ask for a refund and collection of the saw.Amazon should NOT be selling items that 1 aren't identical to the items on the website,pure misrepresentation!And 2 Cannot even be used when they arrive!And,finally,3 Amazon should have some form of customer service available.Shabby

Awful, no power can hardly cut through 9mm mdf

Okay for laminate flooring or 11mm osb, but not for anything else. Prolonged use is uncomfortable. Actual cost £24.99 brand new. For £85, just get the Bosch.
