The poster was laminated, provided easy to follow examples of barbell exercises and also illustrated which muscles each exercise targets. Best of all, it includes the same information on both sides and allows you to display it horizontally or vertically on your wall. Great for beginners and veteran lifters alike.

So glad we bought this. Loved them so much went and bought the pack of different workouts. Same workouts on front and back so you can chose which way you want to hang it up. Great buy for our home gym and our kids

On the back horizontally it shows kettlebell exercises & on the front vertically it shows barbell instead of both barbell in two different orientations like the listing says. Not a complaint since I was hanging it vertical anyway. Just like my dumbbell poster the quality is great. Would get more of these

I bought these posters for my new workout room. I love having them on the wall to easily access different strength exercises. Definitely a great addition to my workout!
