Although they're a little smaller than I pictured, they do a great job of holding up books, and look nice doing it. The set of four seems a reasonable value, and the materials seem of good quality. There's foam non slip feet that aren't attached, which is nice because it gives the option of a little more low profile under the books, but if you have a slipperier surface you can put them on.I would absolutely buy these again.(I rated three stars for lightweight because for the size they are a nice weight, but it's not lightweight per se. Just about the right weight balance to be easy to use and not strain a shelf, but not light cheap material)

Needed a low profile bookend to hold up cook books on the counter. This fit the bill.

These book ends work well and look good. They are very appropriate for small and medium sized books. They are just what I wanted.

There was a section to fill out "lightweight" for review. Sort of threw me because was not my intention to purchase lightweight bookends as I wanted a pair that would hold up my heavier books which these do in a space saving, modern looking way. Nice wood - matches my desk which is alder wood, did a nice job smoothing edges and they are identical in size and have a nice low profile metal "L" on bottom to easily slide books onto. Winner in my book : )

I had books that was not being displayed. The are informational health purpose books, dictionaries, and bibles. I decided to order these bookends to display the mention books above and have then at the ready. These bookends are sturdy they hold books securely together.

They are not useful for what I needed. They are not made to be used with heavy or large items. They are very pretty with the wood on it. Made for decorative instead of regular use, such as holding 4 or 5 books. I kept them but disappointed!

I expected the size much larger. Double size would work better .

The bookends work quite well to keep our place organized and looking tidy. I don't regret the purchase and even sat down and ordered another set of four. They are not very big or heavy. The beechwood color is a nice contrast to the dark wood colors that are in our house. They are doing me a lot of good compared to the small price one pays.

I love the smaller size of the wooden bookends as they are perfect for my night table. They are sturdy and come with rubberized dots to add to the bottom of the base - they stay in place and don’t slide.

Decent quality walnut bookends. Nice size and quality materials. Would recommend.
