Best with honey added
Tea is somewhat bitter. Best with honey added. Not sure of the medicinal benefits yet, although it did clear up the sense of smell and taste after drinking when head was congested.

It is the best tea to calm you down. I love to try different teas. I can tell the difference it had for me. It works for me specially I am angry or with bad stomach.
