it wont work on my pc or lap top it junk i got ripped off dont buy this

This product is faulty.
The game installed good but when you launched it , it would get stuck in a black windows media player screen. In order to fix it you have to download a software path from ea sports, but it isn`t available anymore. So thanks amazon for selling bad broken products. I would like a refund because i was not told about the issue. Thanks
