Well Made with lots of uses

A must have for making lefse
I bought this for my mother in law. She makes Norwegian lefse, and after many years, the one she had, finally failed She had a Bethany lefse griddle, and I knew they are the gold standard of lefse griddles, so I knew exactly what I needed to order. And she wasn’t disappointed when it showed up on her doorstep It’s big enough, and gets hot enough to make perfect lefse every time!

So excited
I got this for Christmas for making lefse and tortillas. Because I had already made a bunch of lefse for the year, I haven’t used it for that yet but works great for the tortillas. Will never had store bought again!!

Solid, convenient, even temperature
A friend taught me how to make lefsa (Norwegian tortilla made with potatoes and flour dough) in early December. They were good (thanks to my teacher), and my husband immediately ordered our own griddle. He's a huge lefsa fan, so I christened our new appliance by making a big batch. The griddle heated quickly and very evenly. Every lefsa baked up beautifully.

This griddle was purchased to replace one like it that I had for about 50 years. It heats accurately and works just as I expected. Perfect for cooking Norwegian Lefse.
