I like this probiotic because the strain is low in histamines. It is the only one I’ve tried that really supports my Gastro health and regularity. It’s a bit pricey.

A friend recommended travelbiotics to me. I have severe bloat, IBS-D, and suspected SIBO. Travelbiotics seems to help more than any other brand I’ve tried. It’s a frustrating decades-long battle.

Both the 30 and the 60 count bottles per the bottle "contains no artificial colors, preservatives, or sweeteners, or dairy, sugar, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs" ...and have not noticed a flavor when using.

I used these to make yogurt and I had a really hard time getting the yogurt to come out edible. I eventually picked up a different, slightly more expensive brand of the same probiotic strain and the yogurt came out far better. It could have been a bad batch I got from Travel Biotic, but I see no reason to try again.

DO NOT BUY. this product is contaminated with mold.
