Seamless Repair, Looks New Again
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Works Brilliantly – Surpassed Expectations I bought this UPVC & hard plastic epoxy repair kit to fix a hairline crack and a small chip in a white window frame, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The instructions were clear and straightforward, and the putty was easy to work with and pliable enough to shape yet strong and quick-setting once applied. What really stood out to me was the finish. After sanding and painting, the repair blended in perfectly with the original frame , you honestly wouldn’t know there had ever been damage there. It’s made a huge difference, especially since I didn’t want to replace an entire unit for such a small issue. I’d recommend this kit for anyone looking to make clean, discreet repairs on white plastic surfaces. It did exactly what it promised, and the results were professional-looking even for a DIY job.

A converted skeptic
After a hole was punched into the exterior surface of a patio door in high winds, the cost of repairing or replacing the door was significant, so I thought I'd give this kit a try. I'm generally a skeptic and wasn't sure whether the kit would be any good, but I'll admit to being pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the result. You do get everything you need in the kit for a really good finish. The hole in the door was quite deep so I partially filled it with window packing strips glued into place and then used this kit for the finished surface. I found the application of water to the final surface helped to get a really smooth and flat finish (think about a potter using their wheel with lots of water). I'm a competent DIYer, so I found this kit easy to use, but with a little bit of patience and thought, I think anyone could use this kit because it really does contain everything you need. Five Stars.

Good filler and colour match
Bought to fill in some small screw holes in conservatory window surrounds where blinds had been removed. Works very well and the holes can’t be seen now. Colour blends perfectly and a strong filler. A little messy to use, I used plastic gloves and a small bowl of water to dampennthings and stop everything sticking. We even had a pane of glass replaced and the heading was removed and replaced without the filler coming out or cracking.

Colour not quite right
Bought to repair UPVC sill, after roofers dropped a tile and punched a small hole in sill. Tried the epoxy which worked well enough but is nowhere close to the gloss white of the sill

Good for Repairing uPVC
A burned-low candle incident left quite a big burn/melt mark on the uPVC window sill. I sanded down the area (about the size of my palm) quite seriously (with Dremel) and filled the area with this putty. Keeping the whole area of putty even and level required some skills, which I will have to improve for the future, but even for this first time, it went reasonably well. The instruction was good and helpful. Using water is an important key for smooth finish. A piece of very fine sand-paper came with the kit, so I used it after the putty cured, before applying the lacquer. I can easily tell the repaired area, but it's pretty good.

Repaired uPVC Door After Retrofitting Smart Lock
I needed to plug a couple of holes in our door after retrofitting a Ruveno smart door lock. The result was good and the door is left secure after the putty cured. Full cure time was a good 24 hours after application and smoothing in good dry weather in May (damp weather in colder months may take longer). It requires some patience to get a smooth result that matches the panel, but take your time and don't be tempted to rush things as this will pay off on the final result. It is an art form and practice is useful but anyone should be able to get a good result from this kit by reading the helpful tips included.

Repair to upvc window frame
I used these to repair a upvc window frame that had a hole burnt into it by a concave make up mirror. (A lesson there, don’t leave them on a window ledge). This product is ideal and you cannot see the repair.
