Chefs Choice 312 Two Stage European/North American Knife Sharpener

The fact that it came from America with an American plug on it, this wasn’t mentioned. What is the point of sending this item to England and not wired up for England and sold on Amazon Uk. I had to go to a lot of trouble to send this back.. I got my refund quickly for postage, but had to get in touch with Amazon over 2 weeks after returning it back to get my refund for the item which I got after speaking with them..

For information the sharpener does not have a UK plug on it , its an American one. The thing is sitting on my desk, it makes a great paperweight . Sending it back will shop elsewhere . What a joke!

I bought a there wheel unit a few years back and it unit does sharpen knives. But it was expensive and expected to be able to buy replacement wheels, but they do not sell any.

This isn’t cheap but very very good for sharpening the bluntest knives, so prob save you money buying good new knives

Bought this after buying a cheaper one "different brand" and was totally disappointed with that one. This on the other hand worked like it was supposed too. (so far). sharpened all my knives without a hitch. Highly recommend it.

After struggling with dull knives for far too long, we decided to invest in an electric knife sharpener. For the price and brand reputation, we purchased this sharpener. Works great, my wife went through the drawers, sharpening every knife she could find. Now, while in the kitchen, we can cut things effortlessly while avoiding accidentally cutting ourselves due to a dull knife.

My previous model was also the chefs choice 312 which I purchased in 2011 it lasted 12 years so absolutely no complaints there at all

Easy to use just follow the simple directions. Used on kitchen knives, carving knives, on fishing fillet knives pocketknives. All very sharp. The quality is better than I expected and size is perfect for kitchen or garage. This is a keeper, well worth it.
