These are capsules! They are not tablets, are they? The label says capsules

The ones I bought say "tablets" and they are tablets. If it says "capsules", I would assume they are capsules. However, you could look up (on the internet) the company and call their 1-800 number and ask.

300 mg as labeled. it is not the same as caffeine from coffee. non stimulating, does not increase blood pressure.
