Amazing! After going to the immediate care last week for my ears getting plugged up, I took a picture of what they were using, and bought this right away. This is the exact one they were using, and it worked perfectly. The directions say to use a bit of vinegar, but the doc mentioned adding just a bit of hydrogen peroxide will work, which is what I did. But, I did have to do the cleaning twice. The first time, my ear was still a little plugged, but that happened at the immediate care, as well, and they also did a second round. After about 20 minutes, after the peroxide softened the wax, I did it again and wow, the stuff that came out! Don't be afraid to just pump the water in there. Aim at the sides of the ear drum, not directly at it, and that seemed to work best. Plus the peroxide feels great as it fizzes and eats up that wax!

I had muffled hearing in one ear for about a week, and after trying ear wax removal drops for a few days, I knew i needed something better to remove the excess wax build up. I saw the reviews for the Doctor Easy Elephant ear wax remover and was quite impressed. I purchased the kit with the basin and extra tips. I followed the directions completely and it worked like a charm. The excess wax fell out and after 2 complete washings and I could out of that ear again! A fantastic product that does what it says. Very easy to follow directions and user friendly. All in all, a wonderful product at a great value!

This thing is a game changer. I did research before purchasing this item. I wanted to ensure that I was getting something actually used in clinics versus something just sold as an ear cleaner. This is the closest I saw to what the nurse used at my local urgent care. I used to use Debrox to soften the wax in my ears. I would then use the bulb syringe and warm water to try to flush out the wax. This process never fully worked for me. Debrox would soften the wax, but then I would end up with a sticky blockage in my ear despite attempting to flush. I then switched to using a water and hydrogen peroxide solution. This worked much better, but was still time consuming. The peroxide would often leave a white foam and wax mixture in my ears. It took copious paper towels and bulb flushes to get my ears back to a comfortable state using this method. It was also too time consuming sometimes taking upwards of 30 minutes to feel any relief. This ear washer has changed my life for the better! I was balked at the price, but rationalized with myself that it could at least take less time. Yes it did! To prep, a used my water and hydrogen peroxide solution. I then made a 50:50 water to peroxide solution to fill the ear wash bottle. My partner helped me align everything and wow! I no longer need to deal with ears filled with wax and foam! What a relief! Would definitely buy this again. Totally worth the money.

Plastic Hose Attachment piece that goes into ear broke after using for 30 seconds rendering system useless. I contacted seller on April 30 for replacement piece and to date, May 9, have not received a reply. I had to purchase part from another vendor.

This product works but not even close to going to the Dr. and having it done right. Might be good if you have a minor obstruction.

Gaggingly successful design! Do buy if you’ve noticed severe buildup of wax. Our pediatrician also used this in their office, but they use a 1:1 water and hydrogen peroxide solution (slightly warmer than body temp) vs. vinegar. The hydrogen peroxide solution is amazing. Have tried the vinegar.
