Buy mistake also don't buy they as useless as they can be it's like putting your money in Dustbin.

There are quite a few reviews that mention that these bags tear easily and/or start leaking if you put any wet waste. I've faced no such hassle. Fruit / veggie peels, dregs of tea & filter coffee etc. are dumped into this and it doesn't leak a drop. It is a tad bit transparent which means that your neighbours may be able to see the contents of your garbage every time you dump it out. But thats a tiny complaint unless you're thinking of using these bags for dumping narcotics or corpses Also these are 'Compostable' which means they'll leave no trace and decompose completely whereas the others which are oxy-biodegradable will leave behind tiny pieces of plastic. Would definitely recommend these highly

Before this i has bought the Preston compostable bags which ended up being of poor quality material and perforation. In comparison, the Shalimar bags are a much better quality. The perforation too is better but i would recommend using a scissor to cut on the perforation. I hope the claim of 100% compostable is honest. The tie does not seem compostable. Overall I would recommend these bags if you are looking for compostable bags for your daily home waste.

Having a compostable bag is amazing because I can use it guilt free unlike plastic bags.

I regularly buy these compostable garbage bags, did not face this problem before. Looks like quality has gone down. The bundle I am using currently is defective with one side completely open making it a plain plastic sheet and unusable. Sometimes the bags get torn as soon as we open it.
